Curriculum + Practice Sessions 

During our 4 months, you’ll be trained on The Clockwork System™, including all of our proprietary methods, processes, and tools we’ve been using to help over 1000 small businesses in the last 6 years.
Phase 1 features:

  • 12 learning modules of bite-sized training videos and personal assessments to reflect on what you’ve learned

  • live calls to practice your new coaching tools with your cohort

  • 1:1 Q+A calls whenever needed.

Real World Clockwork Assignments

This is not the type of certification where you can simply complete a multiple-choice quiz, and we send you into the wild… there are a lot of opportunities to practise these tools with real clients and real scenarios!

You’ll submit these recorded sessions for evaluation, and we will send you a personalized debrief.

Month 5 and Beyond:
Coaching & Ongoing Support


As a Fractional COO™, you’ll receive a series of coaching calls throughout the training portion of your certification.

You’ll also continue to receive ongoing coaching and mentorship in the long term, so you’ll be armed and ready to carry out the Clockwork mission.

What’s the Investment?

When you enroll in the Fractional COO Certification program, you’ll begin a 4-month certification training.

The initial training has a $4000 investment.

At the end of those 4 months, you’ll officially be certified and licensed to market, sell, and deliver Clockwork coaching, consulting, and fractional COO services. 

Once you’re officially certified – you will need to maintain an annual membership which allows you to:

  • market, sell and deliver the Clockwork intellectual property, maintaining access to the license-use rights.

  • receive continued education and support via 2 group coaching calls a month with Team RLC, and a private community so that you can continue to ask questions as you start working with clients.

  • access leads through our directory. 

The investment for the annual membership in year 1 is $4000 or 12 payments of $375.

Our program will equip you with everything you need to successfully become a Fractional COO and transform businesses

FAQs

  • The first 4 months is an investment of $4,000 paid in full or 4 monthly payments of $1100.
    The next 12 months are $4000, paid in full, or 12 monthly payments of $370.

  • Our onboarding call is January 8th, and we have bi-weekly calls every Wednesday.

    The following calls are mandatory:
    January 22nd, February 5th, March 5th, and April 16th.

    Our final call mandatory call is April 30th, and you’ll have until May 8th to complete all assignments and earn your certification.

  • Yes and no!
    This program is focused on preparing you to work as a Fractional COO™ so you can offer coaching and implementation services, but it is NOT a coaching certification program.

    You will be trained, coached, and guided in mastering the tools of the Clockwork System™ and working with clients using those tools.

    However, upon satisfactory completion, you will not become a “certified coach,” but a Fractional COO™.

  • Our entire cohort may be up to 50 people in total, but you will have opportunities for practice in smaller groups

    There will be plenty of opportunities to lean into the support of the community and make friends!

  • In order to achieve certification, you’ll be encouraged to watch all of the curriculum and attend as many of our bi-weekly live calls as possible.

    However — there are several live calls and assignments that are required as well as submitting 2 practice client sessions.
